DEALER ONLY sales are held every Thursday, beginning at 9:30 AM EST. You must be registered with Kesler-Schaefer Auto Auction to be able to either bid live at their location or bid on-line. We use AUCTION ACCESS to maintain our Dealership Records, so to sign up with KSAA, please click on the link below to complete the Auction Access registration process.
In addition to the Auction Access process, we require the following forms to be completed, signed, and returned.
1. Auction Terms Agreement & POA
2. Indiana General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (choose the one that applies)
3. Copy of Retail Merchants Certificate (Indiana Dealerships ONLY)
4. Email and Fax Authorization
ON-LINE Bidders also need to be registered with us before attending a simulcast event. In addition to registration, on-line bidders are required to download the 'On-Line Sales Policy' document, sign it, and return it to KSAA.
PULBIC SALES. Public auctions are held periodically throughout the year- normally on Thursday mornings at 9:00AM EST. Please check our event calender for the dates of these special sales. Individuals that attend these sales must also registrer in the office - the morning of the event.
