Dealer only sales are held every Thursday, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST.  You must be registered with Kesler-Schaefer Auto Auction to be able to bid at one of these auctions.  If you are not currently registered with KSAA, please complete the following forms and return them to KSAA, either by fax, mail or drop them off at our office.

Required forms are:

• Dealer Registration Form
• Auction Terms Agreement
• Bank Authorization Form
• Indiana General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (pick the appropriate version):
  • ST-105 – for Indiana dealers only
  • ST-105D – for Out-of-State Dealers not registered with the Indiana Dept. of Revenue.

You may download each form, open them on your computer and fill in the required information.  At the bottom of each form is a "Print" button – use this to print out a hard copy of the completed form, sign the form where indicated, and then fax them to KSAA at (317) 297-6234, or mail them to us at the address below:

To complete your registration, we also require the following:

• Fax/E-Mail Notification Permission Form (If you wish to receive fax/e-mail notifications of special sales),
• Copies of driver's licenses of everyone listed as a representative, including the Owner,
• Copy of your Auto Dealer's license,
• Copy of your Retail Merchant's Certificate (Indiana dealers only),
• Copy of your business check (which must be in your dealership name.)

If you wish to participate in our new on-line Internet auction, we ask you to download the On-Line Sales Policy document, read the terms and conditions therein, sign and return this form to KSAA at the fax number or mail address stated above.
