time to time Kesler-Schaefer Auto Auction conducts special sales for the US
Marshall’s Office, the State of Indiana, Marion County Sheriff's Department,
US Soil Conservation Department, US Postal Service, and local Universities.
These sales are open to any qualified bidder that wishes to attend, and can
agree to the terms and conditions of these sales. Buyer registration is
required before you can bid on any vehicle. The general terms of these sales
are that all units are sold AS IS, with no
guaranties of any kind. Payment is to be made at time of sale with either CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to KSAA. Each selling agency reserves the right to reject any and all final bids. A final sale listing can be obtained at time of sale.
